Sophie went above and beyond
I decided to give Hibu a shot because I wanted a website and some online presence for a new dive company I was starting. I started working with a rep named Sophie Benjamin. 10/10 would recommend using her. She helped me get my website built, get my company way up on the google charts, even helped construct and edit my social media accounts and posts! She went above and beyond for me and I can't say enough nice things about her. I literally don't know anyone at Hibu besides her, this review is more just for her, I'm crazy busy right now and its all because of the work she put in to help me launch this company. Thanks Sophie!!! Go and hire her if you want your business to succeed.

they get it done
I have several local small business clients that have Hibu digital marketing and I'm proud to recommend Hibu to them. I see the way Hibu works, a real live person. answers the phone in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the service is instant and caring. I have never had to battle anyone for anything at Hibu, they get it done and get anything that is not quite right, fixed. I would recommend any small business consider the Hibu digital marketing solution because as an Account Manager, I see it working and delivering traffic to my clients. I would not work there if I didn't see my clients get good quality service and an effective product.

Customer service is excellent
I have been with this company for years. I'm a small eyelash extension business, that goes to people's homes as well as studio work. Because I have such a niche business I needed help in web hosting and updating my design, and driving business to my company. Susan has been there for me since the start. She, provides my web hosting as well as different marketing ideas throughout the years. She also keeps me very up to date on new ideas and services offered. Customer service is excellent, for small site changes as well as complete new looks.

I use HIBU for on-line advertising. My rep, Nicole, is responsive and personable. She checks in on a regular basis to see if I want to change or update my listings. I get reports to see how well my listings are doing. It's great!

My parents signed our restaurant with Joel Pasno from Hibu and he did an amazing job. He wasn't pushy, showed up on time for his meetings with us. My parents are old school. And our restaurant is a local word of mouth business. Joel was with us from start to finish. He made sure my parents were comfortable and that they felt easy during the entire process.
If you are interested in an advertising company and you are close to Diamond Bar then call Hibu and ask for Joel Pasno.
